Returning Policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date if:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

By participating in the Sniff and Eat Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

✅ 1. Eligibility

The challenge is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
Participants must purchase a qualifying Sniff and Eat product from our official website or an approved retailer.
One refund per household/pet allowed.

💸 2. Money-Back Guarantee Overview

We proudly stand by our product — and if your pet truly doesn’t enjoy it after giving it a fair try, we’ll refund your order.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must:

Use the product according to directions over at least 3 separate meals.
Try all flavours purchased, if applicable.
Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
Provide basic proof of trial — such as:
- A brief description of how your pet responded
- A video of one feeding attempt
