SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
At Sniff & Eat, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery from our facilities to your doorstep.
For Australian customers, we offer both standard and express shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while express delivery arrives within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders over $50 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
We use trusted carriers like Australia Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
We also ship internationally, including to New Zealand, USA, Canada & Italy. Where standard delivery times are usually 5–10 business days. For all other international orders, shipping times and costs will vary based on destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

RETURN & DAMAGE GOODS POLICY
We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with Sniff & Eat. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please email us at support@sniffandeat.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll gladly replace it. Just send us a photo and brief description within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request that the product be returned for inspection, in which case we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
We are not able to offer refunds on opened or used pouches, except in cases where the product was defective or caused an adverse reaction. If your pet has a sensitive tummy or dietary needs, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help guide you.
